How a Solo Bitcoin Miner Beat the Odds and Banked $266K

by shayaan

The Solo Miner of Bitcoin Block 888,737 – Last week with a BTC reward of $ 266,000 – shifted their story with Bitcoin Mining Hardware Creator Futurebit, whose Apollo mini workers helped to the extensive score.

The anonymous miner, who took home more than 3.15 BTC or about $ 266,000 last week between the fixed reward and transaction costs, did this with a home setup consisting of three Futurebit Apollo Miners and One Bitmain SK19PRO, according to the Shared E -mail posted on X.

“I have usually set the Apollo my workers in efficiency mode,” is the E -mail. “During the colder months I run the SK19PRO at 60th during the day and 100 at night,” it goes on, adding that other than some planned tasks stop having a haze during peak electricity times, “everything else is the standard settings.”

That set -up was sufficient to get the ultimate reward for a solo miner worker. It is also a very unlikely victory, given that large -scale listed companies and mining pools dominate the industry.

“I scrolled through the Apollo website on my phone, still in the comfort of my bed,” the miner wrote. “I looked at the panel of the solo -my -user. What seemed to be the next one, I stopped cold.”

Moments later, the Bluewallet app launched on their iPhone, the miner confirmed their suspicions that they had successfully found a block.

“We have found a block! We have found a block! “I shouted, my voice echoed through the house,” wrote the anonymous miner. “I shot out of bed, ran down to my computer … There were in daring, nice letters the words: block accepted. A grin spread over my face – Victory was mine and it felt incredible.”

Despite several solo scores in recent months, the energy-intensive nature of mining usually leads to industrial setups or mining pools that take home the vast majority of block senses-the new Bitcoin offer created to reward those who verify and validate the network.

Futurebit offers various mining products on its website for people who want to pursue a home winning installation. The cheapest product starts at $ 376 after a discount, where other miners ranging up to a price of $ 2,100.
